  After multiple attempts to cancel my service I continued to get billed. I explained everything to them a few times when I called to discuss and was basically told too bad. They billed me $594 and I refused to pay them, that was in 2018, 3 years ago. I've never had any disputes with any of my creditors or any of my bills. Besides Ken's Yard Service my record is completely clean. So I can thank them for that. Now it's going to apparently cost me $899.00. My recommendation, go somewhere else, there are plenty of great options out there.

  Ken and his entire crew were incredible. They made my yard look amazing. Very professional, kind, friendly and precise work in the yard and garden. Great value as well. They always followed up on service and billing and were willing to come at any time I requested. I highly recommend their service and will use them again after we settle in with our move!
