Very Unprofessional. Poor customer service and business etiquette. My husband and I decided to find another landscaping company after noticing that we were paying monthly and work was not being completed. The last straw was when our front yard was destroyed (supposedly the lawn was cut with broken blades) . We had management come view our many complaints which they confirmed, work had not been done, HOWEVER, informed us that since we no longer want to let them destroy our lawn that we owe an extra $400+. When I asked for a printout showing what that extra money was for I received no response, just invoices with increased amounts(interest). I’ve sent numerous emails with no response. Let’s be professional, put your words in writing if you feel you are right. They want money but will not be accountable for their piss poor workers and the work, or lack there of that they do. By the way their workers will sit in front of your house for an hour doing nothing, get out do bare minimum and you’ll still be charged full price. Employees have been fired for this, others still do it. But Kelly will still expect you to pay.

Hi Martissa, you cancelled in July and have been charged for services rendered. Because it’s been 6 months, you have been charged interest. We have made multiple attempts to reach you including calling you every week, leaving voicemails, and emailing you regarding your account. We credited your account for two mowings. We have been trying to work with you.

Lack of followup, pulling teeth to get errors they made ( killed part of our grass as used a commercial poison, not for residential) fixed.. Promises made and not kept, documented our requests but could not seem to follow them. 2nd time using Kelly on 2 homes, won't be a 3rd . Beware good in beginning and then falls short

We apologize that this situation worked out the way it did. Treatment in May 2020 of bed areas where chemical runoff caused damage to turf. Original contact of turf decline in November 2020 was thought to be able to recover from damage. The error was not noticed until you requested the same treatment 1 year later in 2021. We hope that the sod replacement that was installed will fix areas damaged.

Matt, Jason and Wade did a great job on the lawn this morning! They really seemed to focus on doing a thorough job. I'm a detailed guy and I haven't hesitated to point out missed spots to them when cutting the lawn in the past. At the same time, I want to let you know I appreciate it when you knock it out of the park when cutting the lawn. Thanks again and keep up the good work guys.
