  Went in to buy some new Red Wings a few weeks ago, four people working, one customer besides myself, they helped him but not myself. After 5-10 minutes of standing there, I asked a middle aged white guy behind the desk if they sold Levi's (cuz I saw leather belts, so they might have jeans too for all I know), and without even looking up or acknowledging me as a human he just grunted "No, Carhartt." So I went and stood next to the Red Wings for 5 more minutes, 4 employees talking and laughing and helping NOBODY. Mind you, they only have the display shoe, so it's not like I could just grab a size 13 and go pay for it. I needed their help, and they never offered it. So I walked the eff out, and I'll never patron this establishment again. Now that was the first time in the El Centro location, but I've bought a few pairs at the Brawley location. But never again. If you want to be blatantly ignored, shop here.
