  These guys always show up at my neighbors house at like 7 in the morning and they constantly wake up my baby. We have called and called and nothing seems to change. Would not recommend as a mower company if you have children.

  I apologize that your child is sleeping when we show up to mow. We have GPS on all of our trucks that show service time. Here is a list from the last 2 months of service dates and times for your neighbor. 6/14 (8:09-8:37a), 6/21 (3:42-3-46p), 7/6 (8:01-8:44a), 7/14 (1:18-2:05p), 7/20 (3:35-3:53p), 8/2 (7:51-8:11a), 8/9 (8:04-8:21a), 8/18 (7:11-7:38a). Here is the noise ordinance for for Blue Springs: a. Between the hours of 11:00 P.M. and 6:00 A.M. the following day, seven (7) days a week, such that the sound therefrom creates a noise disturbance across a residential real property boundary, except for emergency work of public service utilities. I am sorry but we NOT ALWAYS at your neighbors at 7am. The weather affects the times that we show up. However I feel like we are within acceptable times servicing that location.

  I would give more stars if I could. They provide great service and very professional treatment. Landscaping, snow removal, plumbing, concrete repair/replacement, fencing, tenant finish and more.... are just a few of their specialties! I don't know what I would do without KC Development. One call and it all gets taken care of! Brandon Case and Matt Kolster run a top-notch company.
