  We started working with Kady mid winter this year for our 32 unit condo association with about a 1/2 mile of road and they are extremely communicative, professional and easy to work with.

  The condo association hired them for snow removal. Don’t waste your money. Sidewalk not shoveled! The road is a mess. Their supposed to salt the road and walkways, not!

  We apologize that the severity of the recent ice storm did not allow us to maintain roads and walkways to your satisfaction. We were in constant communication with the HOA board to ensure that we were all in agreement on how to best handle the situation. They were pleased with our performance (and even gave us a positive review).   I have used Kady Landscape for several years and I have always received first class service from Dave and his crew. Prices are reasonable and his service is great. I have two acres that he maintains every week for me in East Kingston. I can count on Dave and I recommend him without hesitation. Very decent man who is great to do business with. It is always a pleasure Dave. Keep it up....
