  K&S Lawn and Tree Scott Scase helped me with my HUGE Bradford Pear tree(s) and did an amazing job. They were over grown and had started doing damage to house and roof. Limbs were also starting to over hang to my neighbors house. Scott did an amazing job with trimming them back while being 20 or 25 feet in the air and then dropped all 3 huge trees. Was worried about damaging my neighbors roof and mine, but he assured me he wouldn't damage either roof. He dropped them all with precision. It was unbelievable. I would recommend K&S Lawn and Tree Service. Definitely having him come back to get some other cherry trees cut down in my back yard. Wouldnt hire another company. I encourage all to hire K&S Lawn and Tree Services. Thanks again K&S!!!

  This company is very professional, polite and courteous. During a storm lightning struck a smaller tree several yards from a massive white oak the strike ran ground to the oak as well as high winds push the oak against my house. I notified my insurance who had me find a tree service. This was very difficult. I tried all local services 5 in all, even to of the largest in the tri county area. Several would not accept insurance claims, the others stated it was an impossible cut without a huge crane. I called the only tree service with a crane the owner came out inspected and declined stating insurance would not pay for removale to risky. So i looked outside my area and found K&S they came out same day infact was on location when tree service with crane did his inspection and witnessed the conversation. K&S told me the job was no problem and asked if I would get my adjuster on the phone, they worked out the details and begun work. 2 days later tree was down. No additional damage to house, privacy fence, 500 gallon pro po ane tank all within 6 feet of base of tree totally surrounding it. The main powerlines ran 20 feet from tree in only open area to bring down pieces of the oak. I have a list of both yard upgrades and more trees for this company to work on. I would recommend Highly to anyone needing these services. Thank you guys for insuring my family and our home is safe.

  I hired K&S to remove a number of trees and saplings that had grown up below a cliff edge, obstructing my view of the valley below. This required they do perilous work in challenging conditions. Although they were a little more expensive, if was very fair and they provided a written quote. They both worked tirelessly in above-normal temperatures, and went well beyond what I expected. My view is now priceless, thanks to K&S. I would not hesitate to recommend them for anyone needing a tree service. I've attached a few before and after pictures. GREAT JOB GUYS!
