  Review of Residential work in Santa Cruz, 2021. New lawn, irrigation, landscape design, installation of plants and trees, and stone work. The end to end experience from Jeremy and the team at K&D was top notch. Jeremy engaged with us early and we worked through the plan and schedule for the upcoming project. Note: Jeremy was very busy and booked months in advance but set aside the time to get us scheduled and start the process. Shortly after getting the initial plan together, Jeremy connected us with the landscape designer to convert the vision into a plan. Liz (Wildflower Landscape I believe) was amazing to work with as well. Once the work started, Jeremy and Josh put a very skilled and attentive team on the project. The team was flexible in working through a few open items and unplanned changes to ensure we were happy customers. Josh was on top of it and Jeremy was available via text/call when needed. The stonework quality is phenomenal. We get many compliments from visitors and love using the outside space as an extension of our home. Many thanks Jeremy and team! Worth every penny.

  Everything about our experience with K&D was top notch. We got more than one estimate and others were lower, but K&D was the most responsive and professional by far, so we went with them. Kendal and the rest of the team proved to be real pros, and when all was said and done the final invoice was way lower than K&D's initial bid, and lower than anyone else's! We live on a hillside and had significant water erosion issues. K&D offered a great solution, but the hill wouldn't allow for heavy equipment so the team had to dig and haul everything by hand. Very difficult work. Nevertheless, the all worked efficiently and effectively. The work took place along the property line, and the guys made sure my neighbor was informed and involved with any work that could impact his property. The team was well supervised, always on time, always polite and responsive, never cut corners, kept the place clean, and they finished the project in less than the amount of time they estimated. And, ultimately, the finished product looks fantastic! We look forward to working with K&D again.

  K&D Landscaping provided the landscaping for our major remodel. We reached out to several landscaping contractors before deciding to work with K&D. What sold us on their company was 1) their company core values, 2) the responsiveness and professionalism of our estimate POC, and 3) customer feedback from others who had work done by K&D. No major landscape project is without it's challenges. What we most valued about our experience with K&D was the respect and professionalism they brought to the problem solving process when we encountered those challenges/issues. We always felt they respected our point of view and vision for the project. In addition, their crew were also respectful, professional, and competent. That says a lot about how a company is run. Finally, we LOVE how the landscaping turned out. We highly recommend K&D landscaping and would definitely reach out to them for any of our future landscaping projects.
