Rude. Lazy. Unprofessional. Unresponsive. Unreliable.  Careless. You name it. These guys are all about cutting corners and they think their customers are stupid. Plus, they can't mow straight lines and will leave serious ruts in your yard, don't know how to stripe lawns, leave grass on landscaping and driveways etc etc.

very professional and are always willing to work with u  also fair pricing.  Went above and beyond my expectations . When done mowing they blow all the grass off the sidwalks and roads if they caused any mess they clean it up. . During snow season they are dependable. #DreamTeam ...

I contacted KC Lawncare for snow removal specifically requesting that the snow would need to be removed with a snow blower and that I did not want them to use a snow plow.  After looking at my property, I was quoted a price of $35 for snow removal and was told the snow would be removed by use of a snow blower and that a snow plow would not be used.  Every time they came to plow the snow, they would use a snow plow to remove the snow from my end drive and pushed it up onto my front lawn.  When we had the snow melt in January I discovered that they had done damage to my front lawn.  I would not recommend using KC Lawncare for snow removal.

My landlord hired this company to do snow removal at my apartment and this do a horrible job. There's a two stall garage on the property I park in. They did one pass with the blade and called in good, with my car still snowed in. I didn't think I'd have to shovel having a snow removal service. I was wrong.
