David the manager is VERY hard working and does a great job balancing the stresses of his job!  I worked with him to build a fountain at my home and I couldn't be more happy.  David had excellent communication and got the rocks into my yard in a very professional manner.  Being a business owner myself I hope that the owner of Just Sprinklers knows how valuable David is as his employee.
I would highly recommend Just Sprinklers for your landscape needs!

We used Just Sprinklers a little over a year ago to get our backyard pond redone because it had a major leak in the liner. They initially worked with us very well and completed the work in a timely manner. However, shortly after having them redo our pond, we had an extremely high water bill. We called them back to take a look at the pond again and they ended up having to redo part of the pond. After this was finished, we ended up still having a high water bill a couple of months later again. We called them back again and they ended up having to completely redo our water feature because it had a major leak. Now, almost two years later, we keep finding small leaks that continuously need to be fixed. We have honestly stopped using them because we do not trust them to actually fix the problems with the pond. They do have decent customer service but their quality of work is very poor. The pond is very pretty but our constant maintenance issues outweigh how it looks.

I worked for this company as their Class A Driver and i can tell you one thing is they sure do not know anything when it comes to operating a truck and trailer. They let me go because i was trying to get all the safety issues and violations they received fixed. They literally told me that they are getting more issues with the truck by me then they've had since they got the truck and nothing showing the issues so I'm being let go... well guess what verbally telling the issues is better then writing it down. Needless to say i was blamed for their safety issues on the truck after past drivers.... 🖕🏾😂

I had Just Sprinklers come out last June and replace my front and backyard valves.  They actually did two quotes and they were absolutely wonderful.

When it came to showing me how to maintain the system, they did a quick review, provided NO documentation and said to call if I had any issues and that they could come out and winterize the system if I wanted.

I shut down and drained the backyard the way I remembered it from 4 months earlier and left it at that.  When I turned on the system the other day, one of the valves had split.  I looked at my invoice which stated it had a 1 year parts and labor warranty and stated no restrictions.  This is the legal document showing that they did the work.  He also stated that they didn't use industry standard materials that you can get at Home Depot or Lowes and I would need to buy the valve from them for $79.00.  Where a 1" brass valve at Home Depot might cost $20.00.

When the gentleman came out to look at the broken valve, he stated that I didn't winterize properly and that I should have had them come out to winterize.  I informed him that the invoice states that it is a 1 year warranty for parts and labor with no restriction.  He stated that the restriction is listed on the estimate.  I then looked at the estimate and the estimate gives a 5 year parts and labor and sticks to restriction in.  However, in a court of law, there would be confusion as to which paper is correct since there is two different time periods on the warranty.  So I believe the courts would go after the invoice showing no restrictions and a 1 year parts and labor.

This whole paperwork is a complete bait and switch.  They will lie to your face and tell you incorrect information and blatantly flaunt the law.

I have reached out to KOB with this information.

I had a sprinkler emergency 5/25 that required the city to come shut off the water. They recommended this business, so I called right away. I was told their earliest appointment to even look at the problem was 6/15. I told them waiting 2 1/2 weeks would mean a dead lawn, but to no avail. I asked them for recommendations for any other solution or business and was told they "don't do that," so it was 6/15 or nothing. Luckily I found a handyman in my neighborhood who fixed the problem in about 15 minutes and he was respectful, kind, and flexible. When I canceled the appointment with this business and told them of my bad experience with them, the only thing they could say was that they are now scheduling the end of July. But they still don't offer other solutions or recommendations, so I guess as long as they are making money the (potential) customers aren't a concern. Oh and how I found that handyman? Another sprinkler company put me in touch. Just Sprinklers could learn a thing or two from their competitors.

What an awesome experience I just had with technician Paine. He was kind, professional, and assessed and fixed the issue with ease and confidence. He tested it multiple times to make the problem was resolved. I have already referred Just Sprinklers to our realtor to share as a sprinkler company to other home buyers. We are very grateful for Paine and the Just Sprinkler team. We will continue to use them for all of our irrigation related needs. Thank you Paine

Went there to look at flagstones, and they didn't seemed all that interested helping me, because I just needed a few pieces, not a whole pallet . Weren't friendly or helpful at all.

Omar showed up.  We trusted him with the problem that we expected would have cost up to $500.  He was off the property with the problem fixed within an hour.  About $100.  Getting pond quotes, well that's why there are only 4 stars.

Very disappointed with this company.  I called and set up an appointment to have someone come out and repair a leak in my sprinkler system.  Gave them my address and set up a date and time. Day before my appointment they called and confirmed that they would be there between 8am and 12, awesome see you tomorrow! Then at 11am that morning I get a call from the technician saying they don't service my area.  So I called them back and they were unable to send a technician out to me. I live in Algodones.  They service Albuquerque and Santa fe but my little town for some odd reason is forbidden.  Save yourself the headache and call a different business.

I engaged Just Sprinklers to do work related to expanding a planting bed at my west fence. Estimator came out, I explained what I wanted done & showed him the irrigation blueprints.
The 2 workers showed up on time.  I showed them the area, the blueprint, and left it out for them to reference if need be.
Later I saw they were just moving the sprinkler heads, even though the work order said differently. some discussion ensued.
When done, the crew left saying the office would call for payment, and refused to explain where the connections were made.  The two workers did clean up the job site well and the helper was very pleasant to interact with.
When the office called, I told them I wanted to see the owner.
This whole thing was an unpleasant ordeal. I am out a lot of money, and have to dig up some of their work to find where the new connections are.
Just Sprinklers got their money from me and that was all they seemed to care about.  I will not hire them again. I do not recommend them.
