  First off, the mowing service is very poor quality. I'm not even sure just right lawns does the mowing but they contract with mowing services. We've had to point out on multiple occasions that it needs to be redone. Unfortunately, we are at work typically when they mow so we don't get the opportunity to point out the areas they missed or did poorly. Second, I cancelled the service in December 2021 but they decided to start it back up again without any notice this February. Last December I told the customer service agent to put my account "On Hold". They run a scam when you put account on hold that means they start up your service without your notice a few months later. The best part is when the service was start back up again (without our notice) they had nothing to mow because we did a complete remodel of our landscape and removed all of the grass in our backyard and a lot in our front yard. The mowers showed up, did nothing and then left. The service overlaps with our work so we didn't know they were mowing. We periodically check our bank statement and that's when we realized they were charging us. So we got SCAMMED twice. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Find a small local lawn mowing / landscaping team you can build a relationship with that knows your house and is honest. The mowers with Just Right Lawns actually have come to us asking if we want to pay them directly and work outside of just right lawns. They must not like it either.

  Be warned. I used this lawn service less than a year because during the winter months, they charged me for a service that they did not perform. I have security cameras all around my house, I work from home and at the time of this supposed service, it had rained days before and the ground was wet. No tire marks can be seen on my lawn from the lawn machines both the small and big riding ones. I called on the first of Feb and did not hear from them back for 2 weeks until I called them again. Even the person who took the most recent call did not understand why the "ticket" was still open. They refused to provide a refund for the no services rendered. I immediately cancelled service. If they had just provided me with a refund and resumed service as normal, they would still have a customer. You've been warned!

  Absolutely terrible experience with this place. Hired them for some general yard work. There wasn’t a lawn to mow or anything so the job mostly entailed getting rid of leaves. They basically decided to just push the leaves into two huge piles and then leave them on the property. I don’t know what else they did… It couldn’t have been that difficult to blow the leaves into a couple of piles. I tried to call them to get this fixed and they basically said that I would’ve had to pay extra for the leaves to be removed. Steer clear of this place. They will take advantage of you. Take your money to a good business.
