  Besides doing the landscaping for our community which is average to below average they also do the snow removal. I have no problem that some street snow will bock my driveway when they plow. However, I have a big problem with them using my driveway as the drop off point for the streets accumulation of snow! My husband (implanted defibrillator and on oxygen 24 hours a day) and mother (multiple cardiac issues) have major health issues that might require a rescue squad at any moment on any given day and JTS fully blocks my driveway with OVER 3 feet of frozen snow! That is unacceptable! there is no way to get in touch with them and make them come back and fix this problem so at 8:30 at night I have to go out and shovel 3ft wide and 3 ft tall frozen snow completely blocking my driveway from any fire or rescue equipment! They don’t even get to my street till after 6pm and the snow stopped 32 hours ago!! Unacceptable and non-professional! Don’t contract with this company and don’t let your community contract with this company. Across the street from my house seven links of cars could park because there is no driveway and no home they have approximately 10 inches of snow on that side of the street my complete driveway is blocked!

  JTS is the landscaping company that we use for the community that I manage in Northern Virginia. I have worked with them for over 4 years. In my 15 years in property management, I have worked with many other landscaping companies and JTS is by far the BEST I have ever worked with!They are proactive and attentive. If we need anything they are always available to help in any way they can. I highly recommend them and will continue to use JTS for as long as I can.

  the workers do not care about any items you have in your yard. They will weed eat your water hose,solar lights and anything else u have on your lawn. Also they damage stuff and dont bother to even let it be known. Just unprofessional
