  Absolute travesty dealing with these folks. Waited two hours for an irrigator that was for sure on his way only to have to call the office back and find out he went on vacation with no one else available to come. Set up another appointment because I trusted them to rectify it. One hour in and still not irrigator, called the office and surely enough she just had not remembered to call me to cancel the day before because he couldn’t come out before noon again with no one else available. I have never met a group more eager to avoid honest communication and provide zero services. All I wanted was a quote. This should have been the easiest thing to accomplish. If you need prompt and honest timing... dear Lord look elsewhere
