  Highly recommend Josh if you're looking for a realtor! He's been an amazing help for my husband and me on our search for our first home, very knowledgeable and extremely friendly without being pushy. I generally have a lot of anxiety around new people, but Josh feels more like you brought a friend to look at a place with you rather than a salesperson lingering around hoping you'll hurry up and buy something. Can't recommend him enough!

  I am about to go into my second year of living in one of Josh's rentals. I have had many landlords over the years and Josh and April are BY FAR the best. They are always very kind and understanding! When I moved to Beckley I was moving 3 hours away from my family and support system, and I moved into a very bad neighbor hood. However, when I found my current apartment Josh was very receptive to getting me in as soon as possible, and I am so grateful to feel safe in my own home. If you are looking for a rental in Beckley I can not recommend Josh enough!

  Josh went above and beyond for me, and he will for you too. Because that’s who he is. In a time where most realtors simply set an automated MLS search, and forget it, josh actively listened to my desires and diligently searched for something that suited my needs, even if that meant driving all over the entire state for me. I can’t recommend him enough.
