  Needed a pull start for a weed eater the guy there wasn’t willing to help me at all just because “I didn’t know what brand it was” even tho I showed him a picture and he said he has some that looked like it but wasn’t willing to sale me one because he didn’t want me to try to return it if it was wrong “because I didn’t know the brand” went elsewhere with my picture of the pull start even tho I seen what brand it came off of and they had it there and found a shop with people that actually help

  Unfortunately we need the model and serial of equipment to find parts as there are countless variations just like your car. If you went to Autozone looking for an air filter without knowing the brand year and model, it is an unrealistic expectation that they open every air filter box so you can decide which one "looks" like yours. Common sense goes a long way

  I've never reviewed a business. But here it goes time after time the way this business handles themselves is horrible giving out wrong parts not fixing things correctly. Please just watch out when going there they are nice until you can't their mistakes or how they want to take advantage of you
