DO NOT USE. I recently received my security deposit back with only 30% back because they unreasonably RIPPED ME OFF. I deployed a month before my lease had ended. Was charged 180 for “not fully cleaned” and 75 for an “unpaid acct balance.” And another 100$ for 4 broken blinds. ALL cleaning clearing procedures were performed and ALL my bills were paid. Filed a dispute with them and never received an answer back. This company is unrightfully taking advantage of a deployed soldier. NO RESPECT WHATSOEVER FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS OR MILITARY MEMBERS.

Please allow us to address your concerns. You were held accountable for the terms of the lease you signed with our company. You were charged $188.70 for cleaning because the property was not cleaned in accordance with paragraph 7 of the Landlord’s Rules and Regulations Lease Addendum. Upon your move-out inspection, the items that were not cleaned were the oven, refrigerator, kitchen and bathrooms floors, window sills and toilets. You were charged accordingly for the miniblinds because they were found to be damaged upon your move-out inspection. The $76.50 unpaid account balance is a fee charged to you because the garbage disposal you submitted a work order for, was not functional due to a mechanical or electrical failure, but rather a plumbing stoppage. The technician removed a large amount of food from the clogged disposal; which is a tenant charge in accordance with paragraph 18, section D and lines B and H of paragraph 7 of the Landlord’s Rules & Regulations Lease Addendum. In regards to the dispute you filed; we do regret the delay in getting back to you. We show that we did communicate with you via email on January 10th. We do not take advantage of deployed soldiers and we serve our customers the same regardless if they are military or not. Our company is owned by a former Army Captain and we have several staff who are former military or military spouses. We greatly appreciate the men and women who serve our country but military members are not exempt from the legal lease agreement they sign with our company. Thank you for being our tenant.

I was in a last minute situation and I had to get into a home as soon as possible. Jennifer Cruz who was my leasing coordinator helped me get into a home ASAP & was so helpful throughout the entire process of me and my family getting into our own home.
