  Although I am not a customer, I do live next door to a lot that Jim's Lawn Service has been servicing for three years now. Verland homes bought the property and since no one is living on the property, the company takes their liberty to perform the job however they feel like that day. Let me tell you, they let the lot get really high before they come, they miss stuff all the time and we have to mow further over every time they are here. They pull onto the lot and then never mow the area under their truck. Meanwhile, since that is the entire length up against the road, that's the only part that actually BLOCKS visibility from uphill and they don't touch it. My husband goes over with weed killer to kill it or we have to mow it ourselves. What this company does while they think no one is watching is a tell tale sign of a problem paying attention to details. I would expect a little more focus on the entire property before they leave. It wouldn't take much time. I personally work in the cleaning business as a part of a management team and I take care of all homes, just like my favorite customers. We perform work both inside and outside the home, so I know real, residential professionalism, better than most people.
