Jeda's Landscape did my lawn perfectly every time they came. They were professional, friendly, and punctual. I had to let them go because I quit my job, but I will be contacting soon to get some work done in the yard and resume services. Y'all are awesome!

I was very pleased with the service that JEDA provided.  My lawn went from being one of the worst lawns in the neighborhood to one of the best. They are very professional amd will not miss a day of lawn service. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of service they provide. Also, they work with a network of individuals and companies that provided other services, who I was also pleased with.

I started in January and have been pleasantly surprised with their service.   They are thorough and do a good job, everytime. My lawn always looks neat and clean. Many times I notice little extras done that I did not expect and I am so appreciative for the work they do. They treat my lawn like it was their own. I requested a special job, and they sent the bill, which I paid same day, and they did the job the next day. That was a shocker as that was not the case with my old company.
I have never had trouble with the billing or their reliability. They have changed the time as necessary, but I did not find that a problem, as schedules do change with every company.

I called them on short notice to for a difficult project and I received a call back shortly after.  They are professional and gave me a fair estimate for the work that needed done. I would highly recommend them for any landscaping needs!

José and his wife don't keep the schedule,   He greed for the amount he ask to cut hanging leaves from the pals; he did one time supposedly as a courtesy. The service from the beginning was very poor,  but the most bother me is that they burn the grass around my house to save time on edge work, now it will cost me 350 dollas to repair the damages and when I asked him why they did it? he responded "I am sorry but we decide to not comeback again" This company don't take responsibility on anything. To me I given cero star review. As a Veteran family definitely, I don't recommend this company.

Dear Mrs Pinzon, First I would like to clarify my name is Josh not Jose. Secondly, schedule is always kept as long as weather permits. Yes sometimes misfortune of flat tires or accidents happen and backs up schedule. We always called you and communicated rescheduled day. As for the *(Palms). You requested that when you would ask us to trim one palm from when touching roof top if we were willing. Yes ma'am. One palm from. 6 mnths go by and you changed your request for both palms cleaned up. No ma'am. That was not the agreement. I still did it for courtesy. The amazing price I gave you was for basic cut weed edge and blow like we explained and it states on all your invoices. Poor Quality from the beginning? Your exact words to me were, "You do an amazing Job and my husband likes your work as well. Your very detailed and clean. " In fact I tried putting a different crew on your route and you didnt like their edging. I put myself back on your route to make sure my client was happy. I went way and beyond to ensure great service. Round up around house. Sometimes we do this around perimeter of home amd fence line to prevent the line of the weeder from damaging house and fence. You personally requested for us not to continue around home and I told you we would not do it anymore. I told you with time grass would grow back. I Never told you I'm not coming back to service. The following week you complained about having to reschedule because it was pouring that day. We notified you 2 wks later that we had some changes to our route and needed to let go of some of our clients. Unfortunately you made the list. For your troubles and inconvenience we refunded 100% of the entire months service. Your last 3 company reviews have been one star reviews. I guess we should feel so offended as this seems like a bad habit on your end. Your hypocrisy and lies are appalling but either way we wish you the best of luck.

I hired them by June 2019 (For a house in Riverview area), They started doing very good but later they increased $3 without saying anything so not big deal but the quality job wasn’t the same. Two weeks ago the secretary called me to say “the business growth and we can’t serve you anymore” so not sure what happened but I find another company to replaced them. I even recommended this company to a friend that today when I asked him about them, he told me that he canceled as they were constantly changing the due day. So they need to become more professional and be consistent with the good work. They emailed me like crazy to make the payment and when I reply to them, they said it was the automatic system so just ignored. So they constantly changed the due day by email even I never pay late. Not recommended anymore.

I didn’t mentioned anything about the quality of your job as i was very busy working so i was focus that the job was completed. This is not a a bad Review this is the opinion of one customer, if you don’t get 5 stars it means you didn’t earned. Bless you too and thank you!

Mr Ocacio, In a year and 3 months that we service you, we never heard any complains for the service provided. We were there every other week as you requested. As we got more clients, We acquired a new system to monitor, not only the invoices but also the routes, Unfortunately wasn't set the right way from the start and you had double notifications in different occasions and We apologized, various times for that. $3 was a process fee cause you choose Paypal and that was set from the begining.
Sir We don't recall, you referring any one to our company. We value every lead we get from satisfied clients like you. We thank you!
When we called to inform you that we had to let go the area your house is, We gave you two weeks notice, Even You called back to the office and made sure you did not had a balance due. We said thank you for your business and we apologize for all inconveniences closing that route in your area. Their work is excellent.  I'm amazed at the level of detail and customer service that Jeda offers for the price.  I am very happy I went with Jeda as a lawn service and plan to continue with them long term.  The communication has never been better with any other lawn service.

Well he came to my house with his wife Elizabeth we discuss the quote which was fine they never indicated to me that on the 15th of every month I was receiving invoice which was fine that's generally how all Gardeners work all the sudden I received a text message indicating when do they pick up the money I called them I said what money I didn't receive an invoice you just started they say well we get paid prior to finishing the job  They never elaborated on me paying after each cut.  I told him come pick up the money that's it he said if I wanted a free cut I should have told him is he out of his mind I didn't want free cut I wanted it honest lawn care company this one's not. Be careful what he promises he doesn't stick to his word and doesn't remember what he said
