  I have used JC's Landscaping for over two years now (cutting, mowing, weed & fertilizer treatment). Their service has been great! Despite a few hiccups throughout the pandemic, customer service has been polite, professional, and they have always made things right when I contacted them. (I have found that they are most responsive via email.) I would recommend their services.

  I’ve used JC landscaping at two homes and have had a great experience both times. They return phone calls and emails promptly and always arrived on scheduled date. I have been impressed with their professionalism and will continue to use their mowing service.

  I had contacted JC's Landscaping to get an estimate on filling in sod in some bare areas of my lawn and to replace plants and flowers on my front and back yard. I received a call from the sales office within a few days. I was told that someone from the field would be contacting within a day or two. That never happened and it's a week now. I know everyone is busy these days. But no communication or follow up. Not a good sign from the begining. As a result I decided not to risk it and taking my business elsewhere.

  Mr. Alex Gomez, You were sent an estimate with maintenance options for your property at 9498 Long Hollow Cir. Frisco, Tx 75033 at 11:33AM on 4/7. We also added a sod measure to our route for this week. We will have this taken off our schedule. Due to it being peak season, sorry it has taken a few days for the sod portion of this quote to be produced. JC's Landscaping
