  Dropped Item off and didn't even get a quote for repair in 4 days. If you have a long time to wait and don't mind unprofessional service I would say this is the place.

  Please understand that we are a one person business and this is our busy time of year. We have many pieces of equipment ahead of yours. We also explained that we have a $25 deposit for diagnosis that goes towards your bill. You refused to pay it when you dropped off your item. You also said you would be in today to pick up your equipment. We would be happy to take a look at it and give you a quote as soon as we can. We strive to do the best that we can for our customers, we try to get things done as quickly and efficiently as possible while providing UPS drop-off service for our community as well, which doesbtake time away from our repair time. We encourage our customers to bring items in during the winter in order to not have this happen during the spring/summer rush. We are truly sorry that you aren't pleased with your experience with our business and hope that you will consider giving us the opportunity to serve you in the future.
