  I hired Jan's when I first moved to Tiffin. The contract I signed stated they would mow, trim, and blow off walks and driveway weekly. On several occasions they went two full weeks before showing up, yet they charged me for weekly mowing. At that point, the grass was so deep it looked like they wind rowed it for bailing. A fill in mower they temp hired ran into one neighbor's wooden privacy fence, knocking two panels off of the fence... and left without mentioning the damage. My neighbors noticed how unkempt and rough my yard was becoming and offered to come help get it back in shape. Steer clear of this shoddy business.

  Highly recommend, I feel like the staff treats my yard like it is their own. They are responsive to questions and will take time to explain issues they see. My lawn is the best it has been in years and looks better than my neighbors. ;)

  We started using Jans 2 years ago for all of our lawn care needs. We could not be happier with the progress and results we have seen with our yard. It is by far the healthiest it has ever been and the best part, we do not have dandelions and our neighbors do :)
