  Their service writers are horrible ! My gators have been in their shop for 5 weeks . 1 I picked up after a month and they said was out of fuel. I maintain them. Our other needs a starter. Both have been ready for 10 days. Their only tech has to be off daily. If you buy from them find a good shop for work.

  I recently purchased a new John Deere 758 lawn tractor. My sales person, Kait Almarode, did an outstanding job of listening to me, making suggestions and guiding me to exactly the right tractor. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional in all aspects. She is a credit to James River Tractor and I gladly recommend her and her employer to anyone in need of John Deere equipment.

  I just purchased a manure spreader from James River Equipment. Kait Almarode was great at talking me through my options and then providing a seamless purchase and delivery process. I will be back next time I need equipment and cannot recommend them highly enough for equipment OR for service!
