I sent my tractor to have a third function installed, serviced and also purchased a 4-1 bucket and grapple. Andrew Beiler was my technician and he provided me with the kind of service above anything I have ever experienced. His experience and advice not only helped me get what I wanted but helped me save money while doing this. I can not say enough about how this man helped me. Autumn Buckland did a great job of scheduling my tractor being picked up at a time and schedule that suited me and kept me informed of the progress of the work I needed. JR Rudd went out of his way to find the bucket and grapple I wanted at the best price. Great team James River, I will certainly be back as I need something else.

No one would ask if you needed any help out back picking up a rider? No one even acknowledged we were out back. We pulled up in our vehicle and a trailer and people just walked by you! Watch the camera footage of all customers! It was amazing to watch the others pulling up getting the same attention. None! I would not take my mower to them if my grass was 5 ft tall! No one even said hi!? Personality was zero. Bless their hearts covid must have really conditioned this crew's hearts. Wake up guys covid is over!!!

WORST SERVICE EVER! They are no longer Harvest Equipment. Bought a gravely, needed maintenance. The girl who is the service manager tells us they are slow and it will only be a few days if we wanna drop it off Monday, should be done by wed morning. Explained to her that this was a business mower and we had to be sure we were gonna get it back within a few days. Fast forward 5 days later. They closed for two days to switch their business name and are no longer a gravely dealer and will not honor the warranty. And no, our mower hasnt been touched. Do not but from this company!
