  Corey and his team were great to work with. Very responsive and professional. The area was cleaned up very well when the job was finished. They were also honest to let me know that they didn’t need as much material as was quoted, which saved me some money when it was all said and done. Highly recommend!

  I wish to post a picture. They are the company that does snow removal for Misty Lake condominiums. They apparently do not know where the sidewalks are located as they go through the grass but my biggest complaint is that they!!! I was picked up by my sister and could not get to the street… walked around the building to find that the mailbox was not accessible and the parking lot was also not accessible.. my sister had to shovel me a path to get into her car!!!! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!! No reason for such poor work!

  Hey Karen! We apologize for any inconvenience. Northeast Ohio just dealt with a three day snow storm. It required numerous service visits to all our clients, during that time span. Your city was even under a level 2 snow emergency. At this point, all walkways leading to the buildings and roads are clear. Please keep in mind, there are other aspects of snow removal that we are not contracted to complete. For a more immediate response to your complaints, or a better understanding of what we are contracted to do and not do, please call us direct or your property management company. Have a great day!   Very professional company. Love supporting a locally family owned company. Called Jackson hunter for a small project around the house that I couldn't handle. Cory showed up gave me what I thought was a great price to add a few more flower beds around my house. Him and his crew exceeded my expectations. Was so happy with there services that I called them back a few weeks later to have them prune my shrubs and re mulch my beds. Thanks again for an amazing job and giving my yard a fantastic curb appeal. I will be doing business again with this company
