First I want to give 5 stars for Dustin. The one guy in the building that is very knowledgeable and takes the time to help you out. The young red headed gentleman could learn a thing or two about people skills. He's why I cannot give them 5. Dustin is worth his weight in gold.

Stopped in window shopping the sign out front says "Pet World" but I much disagree. Our hopeful visit was met by multiple animals in deplorable conditions. One lone puppy in a glass box no food or water or bedding save the pine bedding and a hamster bottle. Very sad sight to see, stick to hardware these people have no business around animals.

Always great service, products, a one stop shop from fine local folks, hardware, paint, pets, rental equipment, lawnmowers, grills and much more.

I go here for the pet area in the back, they're always nice and helpful. not too der from home. worth the drive .

As a local pet store that I used to love visiting all the time as a kid/teenager, it has drastically seemed to change. The pet department does a very terrible job taking care of the animals. I feel so bad for all of them every time I visit there. The birds always have nasty water to drink, the betta fish on the wall have very nasty green, stagnated water, actually so green that you can’t hardly even see the fish inside the bowls, very sad sight. Also, all the rabbits they had together in a cage, didn’t even have any water (& had two water dispensers) my mother and I sat and watched them as they kept trying to drink but nothing was there. The workers seem friendly, however, they do a very very poor job caring for any of these animals. I don’t know how they can just walk by them all day long and not do anything about this. Not to mention the stench of the fish tanks along the wall and the employee we seen marking fish tanks as “sick” instead of taking action to do anything about it or trying to prevent the issue. I wish something could be done about this. The last few times I have been there, I’ve just been outraged at the sight of these poor animals, it makes me want to contact corporate to complain. I don’t know if I can stand to go back and give them anymore of my business to support this behavior. I should have taken pictures to prove, but it was so devastating that I hardly even wanted to see for myself.
