  It's been over a week and I still have yet to receive my last pay check. I went up to the shop to talk to Big Jack about it and Big Jack was beyond unprofessional an caught an attitude with me. I then kindly asked him if he had the right address to mail the check (because I moved) he then refused to tell me which address he had on my file an refused to take my new address. He then stated he mailed my check but refused to tell me which day he mailed it on. (All of which was caught on video) I then contacted the courts of Fostoria, OH. (Seneca County) By the law of Ohio they have 15 days after I stopped working for them to give me my paycheck. I'll follow up on this review to let you all know if I received it. If I have yet to receive it on the 15th day I will then give them 3 extra days due to mail not running on Sunday. If I have yet to receive it I will be taking Jack & Son's Lawn Care to small claims court an pressing charges. (If anyone who knows them personally see's this, can you please kindly tell them that... I just want the hard earned money I worked for. I rather not have to take them to court. But if they refuse to not pay me I have no choice. I have a 10 month son an a wife to support as well as bills.) Thank you in advance.

  Thanks Matt but your were giving your last check .You just didn't like the fact that it was mailed to your address. We do have it posted in the shop that if you quit your last check will be mailed .We wish you well in the future .

  This company is illegally withholding a former employees pay and now refuses to contact them about it. Dirty.
