The showroom looks great and is kept clean and the staff is very helpful. They have a great service department and a wide selection of equipment. The Walker sales pros are knowledgeable about the machines and make the process as easy as can be!

Don't drop off equipment unless you're prepared to leave a blank check for whatever they want to do with no approval or for warning.  Parts had actually been replaced and machine does run better so that's a plus mechanic seems to have done good work.

Good people, but orders take too long to come in. I would suggest finding a faster delivery company. Took about 5 weeks to get my order in. Even with Covid going on there is no other place that takes this long to receive their orders.

They got me fixed up with an awesome trimmer at a great price. Did all the assembly so I was ready to go. Seem to have a great selection of top quality equipment. And they service what they sell too.

When I walked in I was greeted then when I asked my question everyone just walked away then finally when I got someone to address me he was extremely rude and didn’t even answer my question so I just left

I've lived in Enid for just over 3 years, but had never been into Jack's Outdoor Power Equipment. I needed a new chainsaw, and so yesterday I went to Jack's to see what they had in stock. Gregg casually greeted me as soon as I walked in and was eager to help me find what I needed. We discussed a few different pros and cons of various models, but ultimately ended up deciding on the long-term dependability of a Stihl. I went to Jack's because they have a good amount of items in stock, they can service the same products they sell you, and it's a local business with the same prices as a big-box store. Shop local.
