  He was extremely rude. I was overcharged. My lawnmower had screws and bolts missing when I picked them up. He did not repair my second lawnmower. When I got there to pick it up he charged me $30 to advise he didn't think it was worth repairing. He held my lawnmowers for three days before he allowed me to pick them up. Total hostage situation.
