Mz Mary and Mr Joe are the nicest people to deal with.  Elliott is excellent on all the knowledge of anything that you take to the shop. Well trained and experienced.

Never ever use J & J the work is shoddy the prices are extreme the people are rude and short and you may end up with used parts at higher than new prices will never go back again. would give them less than one star if i could.

Home town, friendly service. Very knowledgeable about their parts and service. Will go way out of their way to provide any service or information , and find where to get anything they don't have stocked or carry.
Above and beyond friendly service, will exhaust every Avenue to help any needs.
I highly recommend their service/repair work, parts and equipment.
Not only highly qualified, it's the friendliest service you'll ever expirence at any business.

Lost my business. I will never go back they are a Ripoff. Terrible Customer service and rude. Don't waste your time or money.
