  Called there on a Saturday and picked up a recoil assembly and auger belt for my Craftsman snowblower, got them installed but the auger still wouldn’t move.Called back on Monday and they said to check for stones stopping it from turning. Sure enough that was the problem, saved me about $400 . Thank you guys “JB’s Small Engine Works rocks, for your small engine repairs call them. Great people

  I am retired on limited income And I cannot say enough about the courtesies extended to me by this company. Had a machine re-motored by another dealer . Most of the time it would not even start , the few times it did, Very labored. JB told me it was absolutely the wrong engine For the application and never even charged me an Estimating fee. Five-star treatment.
