  James did something that has eluded many. That "something" was stopping a leak in my carport. Over time and many attempts including new roofs, he solved a >60 year old problem with this house (I've been here 40 years and it was an issue before my time). I look forward to having more work done and interacting with him and his partner. Cool people doing the right thing. Refreshing.
