  Do not take your Craftsman products to them. They do not return calls or voicemail. Their service is non-existent. They have my craftsman trimmer, and they have closed their business. Bryan Webb told me he left my string trimmer at the Alexandria Lowe's store. Turns out, he closed his business, and I had to track him down to get my trimmer back. When I got it, it was not fixed, but he had let a dog destroy it by chewing up the heads, string guard, shaft knobs and trigger! Not once did he offer to replace it! He offered to spend $15 to replace the trimmer head!!!

  My CUBCADET was never fixed while under warranty4 YEARS,,IN & out of shop ..Asurion warranty only paid to pick up ,never to fix according to Asurion warranty rep. From Asurion warranty CO with TRACTOR SUPPLY .DO NOT BUY EXTENDED WARRANTY. they failed to tell me the mower had 3 years warranty, I paid over 400.00 for one extra year.If you do NOT BUY EXTENDED WARRANTY;; CUB CADET CO.WILL FIX ANYTHING.""RIP OFF AND DISHONEST PEOPLE HERE. Asurion warranty co.paid over 1600.00$$,for pick ups,but not one penny for service.mower only cost 2,400.00.laczzz did put over 20 hrs on my mower with lots of body & frame damage.they did admit to cutting alot of grass over 5 mths.the mower only ran for a hour before the motor overheated.Very dishonest owners.

  I highly recommend PJ's to anyone needing lawn mower service. They were extremely courteous and professional. My mower was repaired as promised and runs great.
