  Great people to work with! They took care of everything, offered great ideas and gave us an amazing new landscape. The install process was so quick and all of the plants were in excellent condition.

  Was given an estimate and I approved the estimate on October 21, 2020. They promised to start in March 2021 -- April at the latest. This is a job for installing lawn and pavers. It is now mid-June, and the only time I've had any contact from them is after I call or email multiple times and put this review up. I am sorry, but the lack of being contacted and being kept informed was very frustrating.

  We’re sorry to hear of your disappointment with our scheduling availability. As you are aware, the COVID-19 pandemic has made 2020, as well as parts of 2021 unpredictable. With businesses closed for the first of 2020, and now businesses struggling to find workers the first of 2021, staffing shortages have definitely impacted our ability to provide customers with service. Similar shortages have been experienced in the construction/landscaping materials supply market, where demand has outstripped availability. We have done our best to communicate one on one with affected clients, and keep them informed as such. You were provided regular updates regarding your estimate, including information about possible delay factors, such as clients in front of you in “line”, and status updates for your project’s pavers, as requested by you. We are disappointed to have received notification of this impersonal review, rather than you simply reaching out to us with your concerns, which we would have done our best to address to your satisfaction. In any event, we wish you the best of luck with your project.

  I'm not sure what the gentleman before my review was talking about. This business and their owners have been nothing but kind and courteous, ALWAYS putting the customer first. It's Magic is a top notch company that you can depend on! They are honest, reliable, and do fantastic work! I would highly recommend them to anyone that is in the market for nursery or landscaping!!
