  Our lines froze twice because of the hack job fix they did on our broken lines. I started calling them in May to come fix it. It's now shy of July. They called back twice and I was not able to take the calls. I called back immediately after they called to set up an appt. They never got back to me. I had another crew come to help from bozeman to fix the problems. They pointed out all of the problems and fixed them. I understand the busy workload they have, I do. But they were unwilling to fix the problems they started. And unwilling to follow through with the fix. I'm glad they did not. It cost me $587 dollars to fix the real problem. My foundation was soaked on 2 sides of the house, 2 years in a row. Hire a professional! I hope they make this right and try to half the bill at least. I. M not sure this will happen. They don't pick up or follow through. My burnt lawn is testimony.
