  I found Irish Green after they sponsored Cleveland County Habitat’s common grounds coffee festival and I decided to give them a shot because of their commitment to the community. I was NOT disappointed. I appreciated that they quoted me a price consistent with other vendors, offered a pre-payment discount, and kept me informed. My first treatment was supposed to be the one time it rained… both times! They text messaged me to let me know updated times and I really appreciated that.

  Customer service is 5/5 stars. I’ve talked with April a few times, she’s very informative and punctual. A great service rep! Got a new debit card so my payment didn’t go through, she informed me in a timely manner to help me resolve the issue. April also explained the services in great detail and helped me set up my service, as well as providing me several price options in a reasonable amount of time. All of the technicians that have come out are 5/5 stars. They explain what they’re applying to the yard and what to expect as a result. They pay attention to the notes on your service and the company itself seems to communicate well between field work/administrative work. Unfortunately as of now I’m very concerned with the current state of my yard. First picture is from April 27, 2021 several weeds clearly seen. Approximately a month or so ago they treated my yard and informed me i would see some yellowing and then the yard should spring back. This was not the case. I now have 3 small patches of grass in the backyard (mind you i haven’t mowed the back yard since the “yellowing” treatment) My back yard now struggles between being a mud pit (rain) and a dust bowl. I have two large dogs so mud is a big no-go for me. Today (September 15, 2021) I received another treatment and was told to expect more yellowing. The dirt/dead weeds/grass pictures were taken prior to this second “yellowing” application. At this point I’m afraid i will run out of grass before the year ends. Plan to stick with them a little longer and hopefully update this review with more stars. Everyone in the area loves them so maybe i set my expectations too high based off previous reviews.

  Hi Mark, I do apologize about not getting back with you sooner! We always want our customers to be 110% satisfied with not only our customer service, but our quality of lawn care service as well. We are truly sorry that we did not live up to your expectations! I see it has been a few months since you left this review, however I am going to set up a free service call for a tech/supervisor to come out and take a look ASAP. I do see some comments logged on your account where the tech had noted back in September that you did have quite a bit of yellowing due to heavy weeds, however our products should not have permanently harmed your grass, and we will absolutely remediate that if so. I (Melinda) will give you a call tomorrow morning to check in with you, or you can also feel free to send us (April or I) an email or text as well if you'd like before then. Thank you for your honest review and giving us a chance to do better. We're so glad you are still trusting us to be your lawn care provider, and we will do our best to keep it that way!

  Irish Green has taken care of our lawn for several years. They do our weed control and yard airation. We have no weeds and our grass looks nice. Both the office staff and the employees that work on the yard are always professional. I highly recommend!
