  We used their services for 9+ years and when we decided to move on, owner Julie Blymire tried to say we were breaking a contract and wrote several antagonistic emails....sadly can not recommend for this reason. Be careful of unwritten contracts with no expiration date!

  Christine, I am disappointed with your perception of our company. Although this is not the forum in which to discuss your issue, I will publicly address it, since you chose to vent in this method, rather than to me directly. First, regarding your statement of having an unwritten contract, I supplied your company with a copy of your contract, as you requested, which included an automatic annual renewal clause, but which also allowed an annual 30 day window during which time you had the opportunity to cancel services. You requested to do so outside of that timeframe, and I allowed you to do so without the mandated penalty, despite the terms of our contract. I believe that to be more than fair and honest. Secondly, it is unfortunate that you chose this method of expression, rather than talking to me directly. I would expect more from a communications director. This is the first that I have heard about your dissatisfaction, especially since our parting of the ways occurred almost a year ago. As with all things in life, there is more to the story than meets the eye, but that is all that I choose to discuss here. I am sorry that you perceived my emails as antagonistic, rather than informative of the contract terms, as they were intended.
