  After prepaying for sprinkler repair service, they took several weeks to provide service, they kept rescheduling and did not finish job. When contacted he was unprofessional and disrespectful. I would not recommend this company.

  You did not prepay, you paid the agreed amount after the repairs were completed,were not unprofessional nor disrespectful, as a matter a fact I had to block your number after you harassed me for over an hour. I scheduled a visit with you on April 10th. Completed said visit even though you left the property (after I notified you that we would be arriving within the hour) to let us into the garage and allow access to the irrigation control. I was courteous enough to follow up and visit the property once again before leaving laguna Vista for the evening. When we arrived at the front gate you ignored our call and said it was late and that you'd like us to return another day to fix a sprinkler head in your backyard( which was not part of the original scope of work) it is now 14 days later April 24th( 2 weeks after the fact ) that you contacted me demanding that I refund you 30% of the original fee which was $140 . I am very sorry for the way our interaction materialized, you are a very admirable person and I do not understand why you would think that I owe you a refund of any amount when your system is fully operational and the repairs detailed in the scope of work have been completed. We are a five star company and strive to serve our customers with the highest quality service possible. We have satisfied many customers over the years and have never had someone conduct themselves the way you have. I do not appreciate the slanderous review you have posted and feel it is extremely unwarranted. I invite you to provide photos of our conversation. Albeit you were very obtuse and disrespectful we never once broke professional conduct and we did not disrespect you in anyway.

  Integrity Professionals Maintenance did a fantastic job turning on and repairing my sprinkler system. They replaced several sprinkler heads and fixed a leak that was coming from the main supply pipe. I am very satisfied with the repairs and appreciate how Arnold and his crew explained everything they were doing in advance and made some recommendations on what to do next year. I will definitely call them back!

  Finally, someone that can explain what cause the problem. I did the mistake in going for the lowest price repair. The problem would continue to happen. When Arnold explain what was causing the problem I could not believe it was a low cost repair. The other companies keep on replacing the part that was damaged but never figured out what was causing the problem.
