  Wowza! Amazing selection of indoor Christmas decorations and beautiful ideas for decor. Friendly employees inside and out, and not pushy or lingering. They still had a small selection of patio furniture, but I came to look at evergreens to landscape with, and there was still a good selection to choose from. To be sure, it wasn’t the choice they had a few months ago, but still enough on hand to get ideas for drawing out our plan. I’ll be back in Spring with my list and drawing!

  UPDATE: After writing my review, I reached out to Integrity and spoke to Chris. They researched my issue and addressed my concerns. They were able to make adjustments to the invoice along with making amends for the time and effort we invested in following up. I appreciate the follow up and resolution greatly!!! Thank you, Chris. My husband and I have used Integrity twice for landscaping services. They completed a project for us in the Spring of 2020 and in the Spring of 2021. Each time an estimator came out and provided a helpful and knowledgeable walk through of our request. I believe we worked with Jerry both times and he was excellent. The first project was completed in a timely and professional manner. However, a significant portion of the work was to install a French drain to prevent water from backing up in our yard during heavy rainfall. The work was done to address this issue, but it simply did not work as requested. The water continued to back up and create the same issues in heavy rainfall. Due to the limited options and high cost of bringing in a company from Evansville, etc., we decided to hire Integrity the second time. The work done this time was not completed to our requests and there were some items that changed after the estimate was completed. For instance, we bought and planted some of the plantings in advance ourselves. We requested a trench be dug under rock we had placed to also address drainage. No trench was dug. We continued to have the same drainage issues. The workers also put a large tarp in the middle of our front yard and piled removed sod from our yard onto it. It was a very hot day and the work continued for several hours. The grass in that area was damaged due to the weight and heat. In the end, we waited over 3 months to get our final bill. We were charged for the plantings we completed, the trench being dug and no mention of the damage done to our yard was included. We contacted Integrity three times over the course of many weeks and emailed them as well. My husband was finally able to speak to the landscape manager and got no resolution. We received another bill for the exact same amount. We are happy to pay for services rendered, but feel totally dissatisfied having to pay for work that was not completed and work that we ourselves did. If the company is not capable of completing work to address drainage issues, they should say so. If they are contacted by a customer multiple times politely expressing their concerns, they should address them in an appropriate and timely manner. We paid several thousand dollars for the two landscaping projects and have purchased many, many plantings from them over the course of a 3 year period. They are only getting 2 stars because Jerry is awesome....otherwise this would be a 1 star review.
