Don't know much about their Landscaping part of the gig. However the cigar box lapidary that is involved with this company is above par hands down absolutely astonishing customer assistance and knowledgeable staff!

I use this company for all my landscaping needs.  The main staff is very knowledgeable and extremely friendly and helpful delivery drivers. Josh made me feel taken care of and heard.

Been in a couple times for a small amount of sod and was helped by Janet.. Very friendly and efficient customer service! Will definitely be back for other materials in the future.

Products are too expensive and they rip you off with  atrocious delivery charges. They don't match or beat prices from their competitors.
They don't give Military or Senior Citizens Discounts.
The variety of products is small and nothing to help you complete your tasks.
One could say their customer service is terrible. But it's so bad, it's not like there is customer service at all.
This company will hopefully go out of business sooner than later.

I am sorry you had a bad experience, but we have always had a military discount. The reason that we do not price match is because we pride ourselves in providing a top notch customer service experience. Catering to the individual needs of our customers requires quality labor which does come at a cost. Unfortunately you are correct we do not do equipment rentals.

Went in to get second load to finish my bark project. Arrived at 2:47pm on Saturday and was told we close and stop loading at 2:45pm.  Shocking that a landscape company would turn down an additional 100.00 sale over 2 minutes when the loader was still running an 2 vehicles were down waiting to be loaded.  Close a landscape company on a Saturday at that time doesn't paper to be a customer service or profitable model.

Sorry but our hours are clearly posted, both at at our physical location and our website. Those two customers that were in our yard did not leave until 3pm. We have to make a cutoff somewhere, sorry you missed it. We would be glad to help you during business hours.
