  My appointment with Image Lawn Care was at 8:30am. After I waited a while I decided to call & was told, “Oh yea we are going to be late”. No apology, no courtesy phone call! They finally showed at 2pm, worked for a few hours then told us that they would have to come back the next day to finish their work b/c the supply store was closed. The next day after they finished my husband noticed that they irresponsibly left grass seeds exposed & birds had been eating them. When my husband called to let them know, they told him that it would be an extra charge to cover the seeds with hay 😡 We are going to wait 2 more weeks as suggested to see if there is any grass growth in our yard but if nothing grows we will have to do the job over ourselves. Ridiculous. I would not recommend them to anyone.

  Had an appointment at 4PM. 40 mins later no one showed nor did they have the courtesy to call and let me know they will be late. The kicker is THEY called me after an Angie's List search. If they can't show for a quote before they get your money, I can't believe they will show after that have it.
