  While Ike's does serve many commercial customers, I had an excellent experience and I am not involved in commercial yard care. I have visited them a few times over the years and have always had a good experience, but this time, they really impressed me. I visited the store with a battery that I felt needed warranty replacement. Although I didn't have exactly the right documentation, and hadn't even purchased the battery through their store, they trusted what I explained to the them and took extra time and effort to get the product replaced under warranty. They were patient with my frustration and remained professional throughout the process. I should have used them to source my equipment in the first place. As a bonus, by carefully listening to my explanation, they were able to identify the likely cause for my frequent battery failures, which took additional time and attention to determine, and could end up saving me lots of money and aggravation in the future. What a great business to have in our community. This is why they have been in business here for 40 years. Keep up the good work!
