  DeJuan Brown did an excellent job on our lawn. We needed the lawn aerated for spring. His team responded first to our request from several vendors we had requested bids. He provided several time slots for the service, replied promptly to my questions, and kept me informed of his arrival time on the day of service. He arrived on time and completed his work in a timely and professional way. Thank you!

  The team did a great job on my windows! I have a large, 2 story home about 4,000 sq feet and lots of high ceilings and windows. My windows, screens, tracks all sparkle. They also cleaned and changed the lightbulbs in all my exterior lights. They were on time, professional and very reasonably priced! Great job! thanks

  The company I operate requested window cleaning from IceCold. Our Project manager met with the owner prior to the commencement of the project and he assured the PM he was able to successfully complete the job. When walking the project we noticed that they were using supplies that were not appropriate for the job and pointed out the quality of the work; not being up to our clients standards. We gave him time to correct it, when brought to his attention again; The Owner got very angry and become confrontational, actually threading my Project manager physically. This of which I actually recorded. He was asked to leave the site. A police report was filed to make record of incident. On a brighter note- I believe in the drive and desires of entrepreneurship! This being a family ran company is great, his son was very polite and concerned, mentioning there are just some projects they can’t take on. But please, make sure you have the proper knowledge and tools to successfully complete a task/project prior to taking said project on. In response to your feedback. Please just own up tot he fact you are not professional in anyway, shape or form. Contract was sent to you prior to you starting work, you failed to send back prior to starting job. As for your referring us sun contractors- Please! On day one my PM asked if you did yard work, you recommended someone who came to a home and did a horrible job as well! When we asked him to fix a few things he got upset and left, we have communication asking him to send a link for payment. Never have we denied you payment. WE WILL NOT PAY YOU FOR WORK YOU DID NOT COMPLETE, DAMAGED WINDOWS AND CAUSE OF MORE PROBLEMS THAN YOU SHOULD HAVE! Learn to take constructive criticism and man up! We have an amazing track record in Colorado and until doing business with you, have never ran into such a unprofessional ‘Company’! Our company is foul how? Because we have expectations and a certain quality we like to give!? We hired you in hopes of building a long lasting relationship due to the fact we already vend with 6 other window companies that work with us 15+ projects a week combined!!! We let you know we will be taking this matter to court to have a judge decide, so please if you’d like to beat us to it, we welcome it!

  Your company is foul I’ve even hired subs for you which will all be leaving bad reviews for COprojectmanagers DBA CO cleaners you still have not paid my company and you tried not to pay my sub contractor you want cheap labor and we don’t do that. You where not able to even show up until the 3rd day and had the nerve to ask for a contract to be signed you are simply scam artist pulling the oldest scam in the book. you will be reported by me and my employees thank you for the review it will be used in court to collect payment that you still have not made.
