  I lived part of the year out of area and trusted HVS with the care of my yard. I just returned to find over half of my yard dead and parts even bare. HVS did not care enough about the job to call attention to an issue, instead they “mowed” dead grass and continued to send a bill. I would be aware they only appear to “do their job” with little thought to true lawn care.
