  I cancelled services then a month or so later received a letter that said, “While we have appreciated your business, I believe we are no longer a good fit for one another and that you would be better served with another company. As of now Hupmans will no longer be providing lawn care services for you.” I was the one that cancelled the services not you! I found this letter to be a bit rude and unprofessional. Why send anything when I was the one that cancelled?

  A guy came out to look at what we needed done, and my husband explained in entirety what happened and what was needed. The 2 guys he sent either didn’t understand what needed to be done or didn’t feel like doing the job right. They missed several very noticeable areas entirely and it doesn’t look much better than before! In response to their response....my husband called and spoke to Scott last week. Haven’t heard anything since.

  I just wish they would actually stop at stop signs instead of me almost t-boning them because they don't It would be nice maybe if you addressed this with your people
