BEWARE Buy your equipment someplace else! This place is so unprofessional not to mention that they take no responsibility for anything they sell as far as problems. They can't even put the right bagging system on a 7000 machine. What a joke good thing Husqvarna stands behind there equipment otherwise I'd be stuck with the wrong $1000 bagger. Took to a professional dealership .. wow is all I can say and shame on them. What a clown show

This is a copy of the letter I wrote to Denver Global Products, manufacturers of the Raven7100B MPV I purchased from Hunting Lawn and Snow: ************************** My name is Wayne Heath; in August, I purchased a Raven 7100B from a man named Doug at a place in Potterville, MI called Hunting Lawn and Snow. Initially, I was ecstatic with the Raven...it performed up to what I expected. The first day I had the machine, I hit a stump and wrecked the mower blade and the shaft of the drive motor. When I called Hunting Lawn and Snow, Doug was sympathetic and offered to order a new motor. It took a while to actually GET the motor; but Doug was kind enough to only charge me his list price for the motor and not charge a mark-up. Also...the machine developed a severe fuel leak about halfway into the first tank of gas; when I called Hunting Lawn and Snow, Doug assured me that in his opinion, the problem was probably minor, just a piece of dirt clogging a needle valve and causing fuel to overflow from the float bowl. Having experienced a similar issue with other power equipment, and having had the issue resolved under warranty, I expected my warranty to cover this issue as well. Doug informed me that he didn’t think it would be covered under my Raven warranty...this made me think that he was trying to pull a fast one over me. I’m sorry to say, I wrote a pretty poor review, based on that, and gave him a D-minus . However, when I returned to his shop, I was pleased to learn that, not only was the fuel issue resolved at no charge to me...Doug also installed an extra fuel filter AND a fuel shut-off valve (again, at no charge)...and if that weren’t enough, he even changed the oil for me...and didn’t even charge me for THAT! So I am standing up and admitting...I was wrong about Doug, wrong about his business practices, wrong to complain about these things before he had a chance to do anything about the situation...and I have to retract my previous grade and give Doug, and Hunting Lawn and Snow, an A+. Based on the way he treated me and took care of my issue, I am ashamed of the things I wrote; I hope he can find it in his heart to forgive me; and I truly hope that Hunting Lawn and Snow is a business I can continue to patronize in the future (even though it’s sixty miles from my home, I like to be loyal to businesses that take care of me and value my business). In closing, I would like to state confidently that Denver Global Products needs to commend Doug for representing your Company in a professional, customer-oriented manner; and I hope you continue to use him to sell your fine products. Thank you for your time. (contact information deleted)
