  Hunter Springs transformed our back yard. They worked with us to create a landscape architectural plan that removed a dilapidated deck and fence set against a large hill, installing a limestone boulder retaining wall with an incredible set of boulder steppers leading up to a natural grass landing midway up the hill, and with perennial plantings on the hill itself surrounded by an easy-to-care-for Onondaga round stones mulch. The crew working on the project over 3-4 weeks were professional and meticulous, getting together with us to discuss small adjustments to the plan as they went along, and making our wishes real. They return next spring to install pavers for the patio on the site they've prepared (delays due to COVID caused the project to extend into next season). I don't think we will ever go with another landscape designer in CNY. HS's quality is unsurpassed.

  I love my new backyard patio and related plantings! Hunter Springs Landscape Artisans went above and beyond in design, creativity and execution. EJ Litz, Lisa Gorney and the crew were easy to work with and attentive to my questions and concerns from start to finish. Many thanks to Scott Schaal and his company for a job well done. I can't wait to use my new patio!
