Hudson's did a great job for me. The built two courses of retaining wall, created some steps, and added a gravel extension to my driveway. My neighbors frequently stop by to tell me how great the walls look. I would definitely use them again.

Hudson was doing landscaping for an adjoining property. They had no respect for our property next door. They trespassed on our driveway without getting prior verbal ok. Parked their trailers, vans, in such a way to create hazards for us to enter or leave our property. Extremely poor planning during the project. I was extremely upset with these individuals.

I have used Hudson’s to wash window in our 3 story townhouse. They did an ok job considering I was not going to climb up a three story home to clean windows. I had to remind them that the needed to bring extension poles to reach the top levels On three different occasions they had those instructions but the technicians did not come prepared and had to leave our home and drive back to Lewiston to pick up the equipment to complete our job. The last time they came to clean our windows, once again they did not come prepared with extension poles but the technician said he had a ladder in the truck that would reach our windows on the third floor. So they washed and left… a bit after they left I went upstairs to check on what they had done and behold a huge crack through the entire window pain of my third floor back bedroom window. Since my husband took the screens off of that window prior to the techs cleaning, we knew there was no crack in the window. Per Hudson’s policy if the techs see a crack in a homeowners window, they are to take a picture of the crack, report the crack to the homeowner and then ask the homeowner if they would still like the window washed? The techs took no picture and there was no report of a crack to either myself or my husband. When I called Hudson’s to report they had broke my window, the techs denied they broke it and said it had a crack in it before they started even though they did not follow Hudson’s own policy on reporting cracks to the homeowner prior to cleaning. They refused to replace my window and went on to tell us their experts said the crack was caused by the house settling… Needless to say they did not charge me for the window wash but they needed to do the right thing and repair what they broke.
