  Brought a 6 month old Ryobi weed wacker in for warranty repair. They charged $60 without consent & it still doesn't run. I guess my husband won't be buying a tractor here next year.

  Hey Celine, I’ve looked into your repair and our technician found a dirt dauber nest in the engine. Unfortunately, something like that isn’t covered under warranty. As we stated on the phone this morning, you can bring your trimmer back in and we will look at it while you wait. -Hunter
