  I was promised All, all not some, but all of the work estimated would be done mid to late April at the latest. Late April came and went and when I contacted them I was given some excuse they were waiting for plants to come in. They had been told numerous times that I need flower beds and they can put in plants whenever they come in and to not wait for plants. We sign the contracts and now they're telling me May and that I somehow 'misunderstood'. I didn't misunderstand anything. You promised April, when you got called on it you backpedaled and tried to blame me the customer. I would never trust this company again for the sheer fact the VP couldn't just suck it up and apology, minus an excuse, and just say "you know what, we dropped the ball, how can we fix this." Instead he engaged in an email torrent of blaming me instead. Not good and not trustworthy in the slightest.

  Used them for years. Good and quick to respond to any issue. I have not recently price checked them. I need to do so.
