  I was extremely impressed with the whole process with them, from design to install and then the maintenance going forward. They were responsive to my inquires and questions and always gave me the time of day. I love the design and nice ideas they suggested. Their maintenance is top notch always on top of any issues that arise keeping the property looking great! Highly recommended!

  Howard Payne Landscaping is very professional, clean and dependable. I have used them for many outdoor services and have always been pleased. With whatever service it is, they will get the job done to make your property look beautiful. I have always been satisfied with their service and will continue to use them! The employees are very nice as well.

  I cannot speak to this company's actual work, as they never ended up doing anything for us, but trying to work with them has been awful. I tried to hire this company to do a spring cleanup of my yard. They never seem to answer the phone and it always seems to take at least a full day to hear back from them after you call. It took them about 2 weeks after I called the first time for them to get back to me with an estimate. They emailed me a pdf of their estimate on April 25th. I took a few days to get back to them because my wife and I were deciding whether or not we wanted to spend the money. I called them again on May 2nd (a week after the estimate) to officially hire them and again left a message. Someone from the company called me back the next day (May 3rd). She was very sweet and after speaking with her about our needs (basically just a mow because we have a dog and didn't want them to use any chemicals), she asked me to reply to the email with the estimate, so that they had our request in writing, which I thought was very reasonable. I emailed them as soon as we hung up. The next day (May 4th), I received a reply to my email telling me that they could not do our spring cleanup because they were now in mowing season. I was now very frustrated, since I had gotten an estimate only a week before and nowhere on that did it give a deadline for the cleanup, not to mention that I had spoken with someone at their company THE DAY BEFORE who told me that it was fine. I replied to their email that evening and asked if they could just mow our lawn instead. On May 6th (2 days later), I received a very positive "Yes, of course!" saying that they could mow our lawn. I replied immediately and gave them the go ahead. Today, May 10th, I received an email telling me that they are too backed up from all of the rain last week and cannot mow our lawn. At this point we are just so frustrated, our lawn is ridiculously long, and we are left without a lawn service. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
