  I would give zero stars if that were an option. Save yourself the time, effort and sanity by avoiding this company at all costs. Timeline: A "two-day project" turned into a four month project that still isn't finished. After months of no-shows and rescheduling without notice, we finally decided to fire them and cut our losses. Quality: The quality is so bad that we now need to hire another company to tear out their work to do it properly, costing us way more money than it would have if we had used a good company in the first place. We even had a city inspector come take a look and he was shocked at how poorly they did on our concrete work. Communication: Non-existent. The most they communicated was when they showed up at small claims court as we tried to regain our losses. EDIT: the company has commented that they tried to work with us and issued a refund and that we refused both. This is a lie. We requested a full refund and were given a fraction of the request. We went to court with them and lost because, according to the judge, quality didn't matter. We asked for a sidewalk and got one- even if it was already crumbling within a week and was installed horribly.

  Our company attempted to work with your husband, which was refused, so a refund was issued, which was also refused. Your complaint then went to legal mediation and was then ruled on by a judge in favor of Houseman's Outdoor Solutions, this matter is now considered closed.

  These guys did an awesome job on my side and retaining wall last fall. I’ll definitely use them again for our upcoming projects!

  I am a project manager for a general contracting company. Travis and his team were and are great to work with. They are easy to talk to and help you to understand the process. They communicate very well. I would recommend them and I will deffinatly use them again for another project. Thanks for a job well done.
